My name is Kate! I have always loved to bake and after living in Hawaii and spending some time traveling to the islands I fell in love with the culture, atmosphere and delicious banana bread. My hope is that our bread can bring a taste of the islands home to you. We want you to feel a part of our Ohana as you get to know us and enjoy whats has become one of our favorite treats. First and foremost most to get to the point AUTOMATICALLY, perhaps definitely one of my most favorite breads along side with the chocolate chip, The fluffiness and the softness of the bread gave me a very long after affect taste craving for another one, very humorous of me but it’s definitely true, you’re the best and will be forever my favorite banana bread person, thank you!

We tried Kates banana bread while visiting Saint George in the fall. We decided that it was some of the best we had ever tasted. We then decided that giving Kates Coconut Dream Banana Bread would make a great Christmas gift for our neighbors and other friends. It was a big hit
