This is definitely one of my favorite gluten free breads. All of Kate’s Gluten free breads are really good but the Islander is so much goodness in one slice. I really appreciate being able to taste all the different ingredients in each one of her breads but the Islander with chocolate chips, coconut, banana and the coconut drizzle and the moistness makes this my favorite out of all them. A real treat! Thank you for offering Gluten Free. Side note….. they freeze really well.

I loved each variety. My favorite is the coconut banana bread.
